Running - Week 1!!

I have officially completed my first week of running! I have much more training ahead of me, but everyone has to start somewhere!!

Yesterday I attended Seattle's Flower and Garden Show. I am typically not a person who is in to plants, but I saw some of the coolest gardens. I took 205 pictures, so I am sharing my favorites!!

A new way to end February...

SNOW...we have had four consecutive days snow! This is the latest that Seattle has had snow since the 1960s. There is one thing that I have learned from this, "A lot of people like snow. I find it to be an unnecessary freezing of water!"

26.2 with Donna...The Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer!!!

The main reason that I went back to FL was to cheer on my mom in her first marathon!! Little did I know that I was going to meet some amazing people and get inspired myself!!

Here are the updates that I got during the marathon!!

I mentioned above that I got inspired also...well if you read the previous post I was planning on training for a 5K...but now I have decided that I want to be a half-marathoner!! I am going to take my training up a couple of notches and I am going to start the half-marathon training on Monday!! I will still post weekly updates!! I am EXCITED!!!
